a bunch of Butterflies

NB! lots of lots of pictures!!

God Afternoon to all :)
I am a bit late with this post, but time has'nt struck by these days as much as I liked it to :D
But anyway...
I have made a set out of table-plates, candle, matchbox, a mini painting/canvas and a card.
the plates are of a type of stone thats called sheafer (I think it is....) - that I first painted with white gesso mixed with water, and then I used Medium Gel to transfer the butterfly images and the text stamp onto the plate. The butterflies are from a napkin and the text is also stamped on napkin and then transfered over.
The same tecknique is used for the candles and the mini painting/canvas.
For the matchbox and the card to match it all, I have used papers from Panduro - same place where the napkins where bought actually :D
And all of the text stamps are from North Star Stamps.

This set I have made as my DT creation for Kort O Mania Challenges - where challenge #49 is LIGHT! (you are to make anything you like, but it has to have something to do with ligths)

This set is for my sister in-law - who has her birthday coming up soon - she loves to burn candles and keeping the house warm and comfy, so I hope she will like it :D

the candles

Used butterfly napkin from Panduro
- cut out a piece of the napkin
and than used my heat-tool to attach it to the candle, melted it in.

the table plates

used white gesso mixed with water, the cut out the butterflies from the napkin,
stamped the text (north star stamps text stamps) onto antother piece of a napkin
and then used Medium Gel to transfer/attach it to the plates.


The Easel - Card



Here I've used:
white bazzil carton, butterflies papers from Panduro, paper doily, cheese cloth, pearl bling fron Papirdesign, ribbon, brads, flowers from storyteller, and roses from kort&godt, spellbinder nestabillies, text from north star stamps, inkpad distressink pumice stone.


The Matchbox



here I also have used the pattern paper from Panduro, a wooden butterfly that I painted with crackle paint (withe fench), ribbon, text stamps from north star stamps and pearl bling from papirdesign.

The Mini Painting/Canvas

this is not bigger than 5-6 cm x 3-4 cm
so it's a tiny tiny little canvas :D
Here I also used whit gesso mixed with water
and than used the attatch technique with Medium Gel

Welcome little sweet baby

I have made an Easel-Card -baby card with one of my newest Bildmålarna images that I have bought :)
I just So adore this little Cutie, and it will fit to both baby boys and babygirls I think, and that is so great :)
The banner on the Images has room for the baby's name f.ex - but I have not put on anything yet, before I know who is going to get it ( I have 3 friends who are expecting babies)
Loved making this card, have used lots of lots of layers here :D

I've used papers that I had amongst my stach (so sorry for not knowing the name), also used Bazzil in white and pink, Used one of my newest all around the edg punches from MS (just LOVE this heart punch), also used ribbons from Panduro, Bling from Kort & Godt, Spellbinder dies, The text stamp is from North Star Stamps, used roses + rosenops and leafs that I bought at Lillestrøm :D Images is colloured with my Touch Markers ;)

a thank you and a congratulations

to my driving school teacher for yet another student passing the exam!
This card I have to show you to day, I made right after the 20th of June, this year.
That day I finally got my licens to drive a car!!
So I had to make him a card to show my apriciation for his patient for me, and my driving :P
I have bin taking lessens for a year, I have bin very afraid of cars and driving cars, so it was about time though:D
And to be at that point ,where I can be totaly relaxed and thinking it is Fun to drive, it's a feeling that is non describing!
I am SO happy!
And now I am driving around in my own car aswell, and WHAT a great feeling THAT is :D :D

And I am so pleased with how this card turned out, hope you to like what you see too:D

I've used a lot of storyteller flowers, prima flowers and leafs and kort&godt roses, spellbinder dies, laces from panduro, brads from panduro and bling pearls from kort & godt :D papers i've used are from pion design (i think it was....) and offcours bazzil carton :D

Miss Kitty

Today, or actually Tonight -lol-
I have a tiny cute card to show you.
It is a small Easel-Card, made in the zice of 5' by 5' :D

I've also used; flowers from I Am Roses, roses from Kort & Godt, Peals from Kort & Godt, big brad pearls are from Panduro, the round text stamp are from Kreativ Hobby. The hart border is from a WoJ die I just bought :D The Image is colored with my color pencils :D

Fairy Christmas!

It's 1st of December today, and only 24 days till Christmas! (we celebrate on the 24th here in norway :D)
And it is sooo freeezing cold outside. Today we had minus 14 degrees! And colder it will get I think, during winter time.
But 1st of December also meens that we have a new challenge for you over at Kort 'O' Mania!

I made an ''easel-card'' this time, alomst forgot how fun they are to make! :D
And I have used here; red bazzil carton, pattern papers from last years 3ndypapir and Yellow bicycle (i think it was), roses from Kort&Godt, flowers from 'I Am Roses', laces from 'Joruns Hobby in Arendal', pearl bling, and used my new spellbinder dies to cut out around image etc. The text stamp is from Nort Star Stamps, and the images is from (offcourse-lol-) Meljens Design and I have colloured it with my colour pencils :D I have also put a lot of glitter stick on flowers, roses and fairy wings :D

Black Vintage

I had so much fun making this card!
It did take me some hours though, because I have used so much paint (Gesso) that had to dry before I could work further on it. And the black flowers you see 'under there', those I have cut out by hand from a paper line called My Minds Eye /Lush, from Love2scrap.
Love2scrap are this month sponsor over at Vintage Challenges, and the DT has bin given some papers and brads to play with. And those papers and brads I have used here, is what I recived.
It was a huge challenge for me to come up with something vintage using only black, And I Think I manage to make it vintage? :D But wow I had so fun! :D
And the new challenge over at Vintage Challenge is FUN, you are to play with paint/Gesso, other than that, you can do and make whatever you like!

A get well card :D

Challenge # 21 over at Kort 'O' Mania this time is a color combo! And The colors you are to use are; Green, Yellow and Black!!

My DT card is one of the few I manage to make before my things where packed!
And I made this card to my good blog friend Anne Bente;
miss you girl! And really hope you get well soon!

The image I have used here is from one of the newest stamps that I bought before the summer, in my mind just know, I can't remember the name, sorry :P
And I am to look up the names of the papers I have used here aswell, cus' can't even remember that! One month is way to long ago LOL

I can't wait to see what you all come up with this time. Such cool colors to work with, I really thought so :D
