Hi Everybody!
Challenge number #12 is now out on Kort O Mania!
This time we have a very nice and great challenge for you. We want to see laces on your projects! You can make what ever you like, as long at is in paper and contains laces :)

We in the Kort O Mania Design Team are so lucky to be sponsored by Mo's Digital Pencel too, for this challenge, with the lovely cute ''Birthday Fairy'' :) And the price for the challenge are no less than 3 digi's of you own choice!! wow to the lucky winner that wouldt be!! :) :)

Here is the card I made this time;I've used; Basic Grey pattern paper, bazzil cartons, prima fowers and prima roses, vintage photo distress on edges, text stamp is from North Star Stamps and the image is offcourse MO's Digital Pencel too and are painted with distress ink refillers (though it was hard because of the non permenent ink, but I made it work LOL)

My first own teaching class in Vintage!!

On Monday, two weeks ago, I held my first Class in card making! It was a thought I always played in my mind to do some day, but didn't think I was any good. But I thought, why not try one time? :giggle: And after asking the girls I scrap together with every other Monday, and they said they really wanted me to teach. I gave it a try :) And since none of the girls that I scrap with does make other things than clean & simpel (very nice and lovely clean&simpel), I made them a Vintage Class! And they loved it! And they want me to do it again some time! :) And I was so happy and thankfull for that :) I had a blast teaching and they are just such amazing and loving girls! :) :)
Big Big thanks to Nicole, Hannake and Heidi for letting me teach you (my style) of Vintage :)

Here is the Card I made and showed them, that we where to make;

used; bazzil cartong, pattern papers from Panduro, old book pages, prima flowers, prima leafs, prima swirl bling, pirma roses, rain drops, buttons, charmflower, glitter stick, used spellbinder dies, swirl stamp from one I just don't remember right now, text stamp from Norsk Stempelblad (I think it was...) and the image I cant remember right now either (but is very known) and is painted very light with distress ink refillers. On edges I've used Tim Holtz edge scraper and Tim Holtz Distress Ink Vintage and (?) stamp pads :)

I made the card along with the others during the class, and here is how that card turned out. A bit different from the first, but everything is the same in papers, stamps and stasch! :) :)

{DT ~Scrappekammeret~ Challenge 2 - ''Kammerpikenes Skisse''

Hi Everybody!
I am sorry for my late post on Scrappekammerets Challenge, but I have bin at work this weekend & we have clebrated my oldest girl 4th birthday the whole Sunday :)
But anyway!
Challenge number 2 is now out on the Scrappekammert blog! And this time we have A Sketch for you! Check it out right HERE.

I made a Layout of my oldest girl, here she is toe dipping in the Sea with her father. She is here only 1 1/2 years old :) (gosh it feels such a long time ago -lol-)

I've used those lovely papers we where sponsored by 3ndy Papir in February. I just love the bright colors! :)

also used; waved carton, punched out boarders in black bazzil with Martha Stewert punch, used prima leafs, chip boards (turtle&tree) are from a Panduro set. Also used different buttons and mini alfa stickers :)

{Happy Birthday to my girl Karoline}

Hipp Hipp Hurra!!
Today (17th) my oldest girl, Karoline, turned 4 years old!
And she whent to the kindergarden very happy in her ''birhtday dress'', as she call it -lol-
She had a fun day, she said, and when she got home, she recived one of her first birhtday presents form us. One of her wishes for her birthday was; '' I want make up... just like mum" ... -lol- And make up she got... And seeing her face light up as it did, was worth it, even though it's just cilly to buy make up that young, even though when it's childrens make up -lol-
But she was so happy!! :)

She is celebrating her birthday this weekend, together with lots of her friends from the kindergarden. So I needed some invitations. So here they are;

Used light yellowish bazzil, and pattern papers from an patternpaper book from Panduro. Used my Spellbinders dies to cut out everything :)
Must say it was very hard to make a card with no stamps at all... I found out, I do not have text stamps for invitations -lol-

{ DT ~ Kort 'O' Mania~ Challenge # 11}

Challenge number 11 is now out on the Kort O Mania Challenge Blog!
This time it's all about colors! Bright, strong and colorfull. Have fun playing!
I for sure did!
I made a form of an easel card, only I put a folder on it too. Just a thought I had, and had to try out. And it worked. I think :)

Here is my DT Card;

I've used; pattern paper from October Afternoon and bazzil carton. Used some of my spellbinder dies and Martha Stewert border punch (my newest). Also used white brads, bling, prima flowers and numbers from a Basic Grey alfabet. Used text stamps from both Nort Star Stamps and Norsk Stempelblad. The Image are from Wiff of Joy and are painted in distress ink :)

{My second LO of 2010}

This is my last layout for Mammanett.no's Lift Competiton. I sadly had to close it.
We where only 2 this month who sendt in, and I came on 1st.
We lifted this super great layout by Iselind, and her layout you can see here.

I really had fun playing with this layout and thought it turned out quite Ok :)
It's pictures of my oldest girl, when she really got into the potty training. She was so proud :giggle:

I've used; white bazzil that I sprayed with blue glimmer mist, sew around the pictures like a frame, added pirma flowers, prima bling, pink raindrops, AC thickers, round alfa stickers, MM mini alfa stikers, wrote text with hand and also used a journaling tag from whom I cant rememer. On the flowers and the thickers I also used crackle paint faded jeans :)

{My first LO of 2010}

This one I actually made the week after new year. Made it for the sketch competition at Mammanet.no. But sadly they had to put down the project, since there where no one that entered anymore ...
The layout is of my oldest girl, on her 3 year old birthday. Cindarally was (and still are) one of her favorites of the princesses! She walked around and called herself ''Askepott Karoline'' (Askepott is the norwegian name for cindarally)

used; pattern papers from S2M and one I can't remember, AC Thickers, MM glitter alfa stickers, notebook from Melissa Francess (I think it was) and waxed thread.

{DT ~Scrappekammeret~Kammerpikenes Tema #1}

Første Oppgave er ute på ~Scrappekammeret~!
Vi har ventet utolmodige og spente på denne dagen! Vi Kammerpikene, som vi kaller oss, har jobbet på spreng og gledet oss som unger. Og ikke minst er vi stole og krye for at vi har så mange flotte følgere der ute som venter like spente tilbake! :) En stor takk til dere!
Og vi venter i spenning og glede på få å se alle dem flotte kreasjonene som, forhåpentligvis, vil strømme inn :) :)

We have waited for ages it seems, for this day. Jeg valgte selv å lage et kort til min mamma for anledningen :) Og dette er mitt aller første kort som jeg laget i slik et Staffeli / Easel - kort :)

I choosed to make a card for my mother this time. And this is my first Easel-card that I made.

The DT-girls of 'Scrappekammeret' are so lucky to be sponsored with some loooovely papers from 3ndy Papir, who are this months sponsor. I had really a fun fun time playing with these! :) And the prize to grab this challenge are no less than 12 looooovely papers from 3ndy Papir!!

{Staffeli Kort aka Easel Card~Thank you...}

Hi you all! :)
I finally got to sit down and just make a card for fun. It was really a great feeling :)
I've made this card to my sister in-law, to just thank her for all the help she has done for us. She has and are so kind to help us bring me and my kids back and forth to the kindergarden, babysit and just helping out. I apriciate it so much and wanted her to know so :)

Made an Easel Card this time, they are so fun to make! And I really wanted this card to light up and be memorable. And the papers from S2M where just perfect for that!
And since it is a playful and colorful card, It really fits for the challenge over at Fun 2 Stamp, where the Challenge are # Colorful.

I made it after a Very nice sketch over at Friday Sketchers, and over at Just Magnolia they are having a challenge with flowers & hearts + Over at ABC Challenge the letter M stands for Masking (I've masked together 2 magnolia stamps)
So I'm entering this cards for these 3 challenges aswell :) (my first time entering in 4 challenges at the same time! :) )

Here is my card, hope you like it;

I've used; light green bazzil carton, M2M pattern papers, prima flowers, black brads, black bling, MSborder punch, Spellbinder dies, mini alfabet stickers, on the back I've used my personal stamp from Scrapmagasinet. Used 2 different images from Magnolia and painted them with distress Ink :)
