Vintage Eastern Card & Egg

Good Morning!

Today it is the 16th of April and that meens that both Kort 'O' Mania Challenge Blog & Vintage Udfordring Challenge Blog are having a new challenge out today!!
And this time I kind of ''struck 2 flies in a smack'', LOL -don't know how to say it in english though, but in norwegian we have a saying that say: ''å slå 2 fluer i en smekk'' (smack 2 flies in a pack??)

Eeeeenyway! :P

For my DT-Design for Kort 'O' Mania I made a Card, the challenge this time over at Kort 'O' Mania, is Vintage! (Challenge 38) - You can make what ever you like, but it has to be in the style Vintage!
And since Vintage Udfordring is all about Vintage, and our challenge over there this time is all about Eastern (challenge 20) - I found out that I could make a set.
So I decorated an egg and made a card that matched :D

This is the DT- card that I made for Kort 'O' Mania Challenge blog;

Here I have used pattern papers from Pion Design, and cut out the cute bunny from Pion paper :), I have also used old book pages that I have attached with Gel Medium (like decoupage) on top of some cardstock, other things I have used are; MS punchers, Spellbinder dies, bronce flowers from kort & godt, stapels, flowers from kort&godt and I am Roses, those pearl things are also from kort&godt, used two different laces from Leanne.no, the text stamp ''god påske'' are from North star stamps

Here are the Egg that I made for my DT-creation for Vintage Udfordring;

The Egg it self was one I got from Nille just for 1,-NOK, I ripped off what it alreaddy was covered by, painted it with Gesso and than decorated it with old book pages using Gel Medium :)
The rest of the Egg I decorated as same as the card using brown card stock, papers from Pion Design, laces from Leanne.no etc etc :D

a wedding card & an Easter Card

Hi :D
It's not bin a lot of blogging for my part lately...
sorry about that, hope to get back stronger soon :)
But I have two cards that I have not show'n you yet.
I've made these cards as DT-creatoins for vintage Udfordring & Kort 'O' Mania.
The first one here, I made for Vintage Udfordring, where the on going challenge now is; Wedding.
In the lack of wedding pictures or images, I masked together my two newest magnolia stamps. thought they where a cute cuple, don't you thinkg? :D
Here is my DT-Vintage Udfordring Card;

I've used: some ''old'' paper I had (i think is from Nille...), gardenia flower, roses from kort & godt and from I am roses, pearl''ribbon'' are from Leanne.no, the lace also from Leanne.no. I've masked together 2 magnolia stamps, also used a magnoia stamp for the 'banner' - the text is from Norsk Stempelblad. The images are colored with my distress re-inkers :D

For my second card I am showing you, it is a eastern card that I made as my DT-creation over at Kort 'O' Mania. Where the on going challenge now, is to follow THIS sketch (made by me...) and we would love to see eastern prodjects :D

Green is the color :D

I love the color green, and together with brown and creamy colors, it's just amazing I think :D
And the new line by 3ndypapir.no is just in those colors, so guess what:
I LOOOOOVE THEM!! :D
So I feel so lucky to get to work with these lovely papers by our sponsor, over at Kort 'O' Mania.
And toghether with the image from our second sponsor Stampers Heaven, colored with distress ink, I thought this card is one of my best I've made this year, so far :D

Over at Kort 'O' Mania Challenge Blog, the on going challenge there is about using punches or dies, and that is yet another thing I love :D

Spring Time at Vintage Udfordring

Over at Vintage Ufordring Challenge Blog it is now Sprin Time!
And the task that is out now, is all about getting inspired by Spring Time and f.ex. the use of our colors of the vintage udfordrings Banner Colors :D

Here is my DT creation this time;

I've made a tiny little box. super cute :D
And I was inspired by our colors offcourse, I just looove those greeny and creamy colors :D
I've here used papers from Magnolia, Image is from Paillio, roses from Kort & Godt, ribbons from Panduro, small butterflies are MS punch, and I have used dies from spellbinders, the swirl are from Kort & Godt and the text stamp inside box are from North Star Stamps (one of mye new ones that I just bought some weeks ago :P )
I have also distressed all edges and inked with disdress ink (one of the new green ones...)

Cute Tilda Card

Good Morning :D
Today I have a card to show you, that I made last week ( I think it was).
With this card I was supose to enter in last weeks challenge over at Just Magnolia, buuut I, as usually, forgets to take pictures in time to make the deadlines :P
well, well ...
I got this new Tilda stamp in the mail just a few days before I made this card, And I just love her :D
My oldest daughter was invited to a birhtday party to a girl in her kindergarden, who turned 5 years old... And she is just as a girly girl as my sweetie, so I thought that Pink was the color to use, a cute Magnolia image, lots of bling, flowers and glitter... the number 5 is written in glitter glue :D
I was very pleased with this card myself actually, liked how it turned out :D

I've used; Bazzil carton, pattern papers from Tim Holtz, heart dies (cutouts) + frame + tag are all from Kort & Godt, aswell is the dimond bling and the small rosenubs(??), the other roses are from I am Roses. the cornor stamp and the 'background' stamps on the heart dies are from Tim Holtz. The Image are Tilda from Magnolia and are colured with distress ink (finally I found my distressing again :D...)

A cute card & an altered ''O'Boy'' box

Hi All :D
Again it has bin a while since I was in here blogging.
We are still struggeling with been sick on and off, we are now on our 4'th round!
I am so tired of it ... hope we are done soon ...
But today (or I should more or less say; to night) I have a card to show you and a box that I have decorated/altered :D

The first thing I am to show is a card that I made as my DT creation over at Vintage Udfordring.

'' Åse Tonight'' NRK-serie

Det har hvert temmelig stille ifra meg de siste par ukene, tiden går så utrolig fort og vi har nok engang slitt med mye sjukdom :(
Men *bank i bordet* det begynner å gå seg til bra nå :D

Men over til det jeg ville fortelle;
som kanskje noen alt har sett, så ligger det nå ute et innlegg på Kort O Mania som handler om den nye tv-serien på NRK som heter Åse Tonight. Som hadde premiere den 23 Februar.
Kort O Mania Design Team fikk en mail i begynnesen av Desember 2010, med en forespørsel om vi kunne tenke oss å hjelpe dem med en ''liten''sak :D
Vi fikk i oppgaver å lage vignetter til karakter presentasjonen. Vi fikk beskjed om å lage et kort med plass til et bilde, så det ble på en måte en slag LO vi lagde :D Vi fikk bilder av karakterene og en del informsjon som beskrev dem. Og vi skulle da ha med mange elementer på, som skulle beskrive karakterene i serien. De kunne evt ta bort en del elementer om det ble for mye, men hadde hvert vanskelig omvendt :)
Det var en stor oppgave vi begav oss ut på :D
Men vi kom i mål og produsentene var kjempe fornøyde :D
Vi lagde til sammen 15 vignetter (Layouts/kort) og vi var et veldig spent Design Team som satte seg ned for å få med seg premieren, for å kunne se hva de hadde beholdt og laget utifra det vi hadde laget til dem :D
På Kort O Mania, ligger det bilder ute av alle de 15 'kortene' vi lagde. Og tar du en titt på Åse Tonight, kanskje du klarer å kjenne igjen noen av dem :D
De har gjort mange forandringer, men det er fullt mulig å kjenne igjen detaljer :D

Og jeg som ''sjef'' for Kort O Mania, er jo ikke mindre stolt av den aller siste snutten etter programmet hvor det står, ''en stor takk til'' .... der står vi nevt! (feil stavet vell og merke -lol-) Så Morro!
Jeg hadde oppgavene med å lage vignettene til karakteren Pappa og til 'Åses' Tonight Show, og her er det jeg i utgangspunkt fikk godkjent og sendt inn ;

Og her kan dere se et lite utdrag av hva de gjorde og hva resultatet ble til slutt, jeg har hentet bildene i fra NRK nett-tv;

som dere ser utifra pappa karakteren, var det ikke akkurat mye der som lignet i det hele tatt -lol- men som jeg har sett ellers, så har dem på en måte tatt ting ifra diverse ting vi har laget og satt sammen noe som kunne fungere å aminere til tv :D

Uansett så har dette hvert en utrolig morro opplevelse, og på en måte så er jeg litt stolt over å ha deltatt på dette :D Digger serien å jeg da, satt å lo masse og kjente meg godt igjen med Pernille Sørensens karakter 'Åse' :P hi hi :D

A Vintage Book of Love

A book after Sanne's tutorial
our Guest Designer over at Vintage Udfordring :D
This Time over at Vintage Udfordring Challenge blog, we have a rather hard, but a very fun challenge for you.
And that is to make a book after Sanne's Tutorial!
The challenge will last the whole month of February, so you will have good time to make one. And we hope you want to.
I for sure had the most fun time, hard though, but most defintly Fun :D
I followed the tutorial most of the time, but I made a book with only one frame inside, a dobble frame that is, made it a little high, like it was two frames inside :D
I have taken a lot of pictures of the book, hope you like :D

I've used: all the papers I have used here is from Papir i Hjertes own line; heartfelt design (i just love those papers), I have also use a lot of flowers from Kort & Godt, leaves from I Am Roses, metal corners from Kort & Godt, the ornament stamp is also from Kort & Godt. All of the text stamp and the little bird - is from ''det lille Ekstra'' (looooove them), The Images is one of my newest images from Magnolia (just adore her) And she is colored with my color pencils, all of the cut outs and that the text is on is also from Kort & Godt, the pearl flower ''thingy'' is also from Kort & Godt. I also used old book pages, laces, personal stamp & inked all edges with distress ink vintage photo :D
