Vintage Udfordring 's 1st Challenge!

Vintage Udfording is now out with our 1st original challenge!!
And for our 1st task we have a easy one for you, You got to use lace on your project!

Here is my DT-Creations, I made a little cute wall picture;
{this month, June that is, Vintage Udfordring is sponsored by 3ndy Papir, and we in the design team are using papers from them on our projects}

I've used; my spellbinder frame and cut out from the design paper for frame, used waved carton behind the frame to make it more sollid, used white crackle paint on the background and on the waved carton. Used flowers/roses from I Am Roses (i think it was...) and rose knobs from kort&godt (bought at salgsboden), wrote 'Carpe Diem' by hand, lace from 'salgsboden', charms from kort&godt, kaizercraft pearl bling...

Kammerpikene's Vintage

Scrappekammeret's Challenge number # 8 is all about Vintage!
I have made a card, saying; ''you deserve a bunch of flowers''
And the image I have used is a mini card I bought at a store once :)
The metall and flowers I have used here, are from scrappekammerets sponsors; Korthobby.no and Whild Orcid Craft

I've also used; the pattern paper are from (i will come back to that one), lace, old song book page punched out with my scallopeded punches, TH brads, big pearl brad, pink pearl from prima swirl that i clipped up, white fether, frame are from Aud Kirsten-salgsboden and are painted with distress crackle paint VintagePhoto & Old Fence(white one) and I have used som glitter stick on image and flowers

Our Celebration of Norways national day & a Birthday Card

Here you see my to little girls all dressed up for 17th of May. Norways National Day.

My Oldest where to a birthday party little over a week now, to a girl in her kindergarden. She turned 4 years old. And I just had to make a little cute card for her. thought this was OK and not to much :)

the papers are from My little shoe box (I think it was) - such cute papers. used som sticky ribbon from panduro and the flowers are from Petaloo... used my MS border puch lace, the text stamp are from Kreativ Hobby and the image are from Magnolia-painted with distress ink :D

DT Card Kort 'O' Mania

Kort O Mania is now out with it's Challenge number 17!
And this time the task/challenge is to use a saying or a poem.
I found my saying at ordtak.no. And I've used pattern paper from Riddersholm and metal, that Unik Scrap kindely have sponsored the DT with this month :D
I made a Vintage Card this time, and o' boy that was fun to do again! It's bin a while...
But I am going to make more and more vintage as the time comes! Using paint and cracling and laces again was so injoying fun :) LOL
so know I just wish for theese ''powers'' to come over me again!

Here is my Kort O Mania DT Card;

also used; laces I bought at aud kirstens-salgsboden, all flowers are from I Am Roses, the image I got from my good friend Nicole (just looove the image!!) and I've painted it offcourse with distress inks :) also used home made pin and dimant brads and metal brads, and my border punch form Fiskars (?) :)

{Birthday Card for a little boy}

God night everybody.
I am popping by for a quick post today... Still knocked out by allergies and some 'tummy' pain (you know...)
Anyway.... hehe
My sisters little boy turned 1 year old last week, and I offcourse had to make a card for the little one :)
I just had to use my favorite October Afternoon papers for this one, don't you just looove those cute monsters on these papers?!! -and some bright colors for the celebration of hansome cutie, is a must :D
Made an easel-card with a try on a pup-up LOL

I've used; OA-papers, carton, AC thinckers number, buttons, text stamp are from Kreativ Hobby and the image are from Magnolia - painted with mixed distress ink refiller, also used MS-border punch and white scrappers-floss.

This time we have a ''saying'' for you. In Norwegian; 'Eplet faller ikke langt fra stammen'
In english I think it goes like this; 'The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree'
And you can interpretate(?) it as you like. You can make something to, or of you child, youre child can even make something and enter in, because we will have a small prize for them too :D
You can make card's, boxes, layouts...what ever you like :)

For my DT-project, I've made a Layout, where I have used a picture of my oldest sitting by the dinner table and doing some crafting. If you look close enough you can see that I have used the same pattern paper as the one she is cutting in :D : D Infact it Is the one she is cutting in :D
I just had to use it when I found it amongst my scraps :)

other things I've used; MM glitter alfacet stickers, AC thickers, Big alfabet that I have painted with some crackle paint (don't know the name of the letters though), and the flowerly paper I can't remember wher is from (sorry). the swirly borderline is from Bazzil and I have sprayed it with green glimmer mist. I have also used my MS border punch and sprayed with blue glimmer mist around the back paper :) wrote with white pen...

Jenta mi har Endelig hvert hos frisøren!!

Dette er mi eldste datter. Og idag var vi til frisøren for første gang på over 2 år!!
Det har hvert et mareritt å overtale henne til å klippe seg, for det har bare ikke hvert snakk om!! :D Men med litt overtalelse og 'lokking' med kafè besøk bare hun og jeg, og 3 dagers forberedende... så Satt hun som en dronning i frisør stolen og her ser dere da bildet av henne rett etter at hun var ferdig klipt. Liiiiite stolt her da vell!! hehe

{Vintage Wall Picture }

A quick post to day :)
Over at Vintage Udfordring we are having a sort of a bonus challenge, while we are waiting for det grand opening :D
And the task is to use THIS picture.

My Man was supose to print out the picture for me, but missunderstood and printed it out in a very big size -lol-
He had printed it out in ''normal'' card images size the next day, but left it at work... SO I had to come up with something out of the big picture :)
And I thought, why not make a wall picture?
And so I did :d
On the picture I have stamped with chalck and embossed with UTEE, but it is not easy to see :D
